We are happy to announce that we now offer FREE SHIPPING within the United States.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your purchase.
If you have added expedited shipping, your orders will be shipped within 1 business day. For standard shipping orders, please allow 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm PST, with the exception of holidays. If there are delays outside of our standard processing times, we will provide notice on our website as well as a reminder via your purchase confirmation.

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for packages delivered outside of estimate times. Customers are responsible for all taxes, custom fee's and duties associated to their purchase.

Customers may return most unused and unworn merchandise with original tags attached, within 30 days of ship date, for a refund or store credit. A re-stocking fee may be applied. To see if your item(s) qualify for returns, please email us at returns@layeredchains.com
Layered Chains is not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your packages. Customers are welcomed to choose their own shipping method. All return packages that require fee's or COD will not be accepted. All return shipping charges are non-refundable.
All custom and sale items are FINAL SALE.
Please mail your returns back to our office. Do not drop off your package at the door/or at the office. Please be aware that our address is a return office only and not a retail storefront.
